All Lingua Franca pieces are hand embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).
All custom orders are subject to approval. A member of the Lingua Franca team will reach out with any questions or concerns.
Because each Lingua Franca sweater is embroidered to order, making it truly one of a kind, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. We are more than happy to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing.
Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each product meets our high standards and unique, well-known style, but this may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery.
