Official Rules: Lingua Franca x Wicked Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lingua Franca, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. Employees of Universal Studios Licensing, LLC (“Universal”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor
   This giveaway is sponsored by Lingua Franca NYC. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Universal is not a sponsor or administrator of this giveaway. Entrants are providing information to Lingua Franca and not Universal.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the following steps:

• Like the giveaway post on the Lingua Franca Instagram account (@linguafrancanyc).

• Follow @linguafrancanyc on Instagram.

• Sign up for our newsletter.

• Tag a friend in the comments who is your Wicked Movie BFF. Each tag counts as one entry.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on the date the post is published and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 26th, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive one (1) hand-stitched cashmere sweater of their choice from the Lingua Franca x Wicked Movie collection.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be contacted via Instagram direct message by @linguafrancanyc on January 1st, 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree to allow Lingua Franca to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
   Lingua Franca reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway. Lingua Franca also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Lingua Franca and/or Universal is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or any errors in the administration of the giveaway or announcement of the prize.

10. Governing Law
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.
