Returns / Exchanges
Because all items are hand-embroidered to order, we are unable to accept returns. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to exchange it.

Customers must contact for a Return Authorization number prior to return. Custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original packaging. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
