You may recognize her as Natalie “Fig” Figueroa from 'Orange is the New Black' (for which she won both SAG and a Young Hollywood award). Or maybe you know her as Kiki Rains from HBO's 'The Deuce.' But what you might not know about Alysia Reiner is that her off-camera career is equally as powerful — and award-winning — as her presence on screen. As an activist and change-maker, Alysia has received the Acclaimed Collaborator Award from Women in Arts and Media, is an ambassador for the Geena Davis Institute for Gender Equality, and is also a founding member of the TIMES UP movement, founded with the mission of creating a society free of gender-based discrimination in the workplace and beyond.
