This antique heart charm has a variety of details and jewelry making techniques. The mother of pearl, asymmetrical heart is carved by hand with leaves and a patterned border. The red cabochon stones representing flowers are prong set in brass in the center (one missing). You can feel the history of this piece in your hands.
