The process of boiling cashmere compacts the fibers into a tighter, felted knit resulting in a soft and luxurious hand feel. Boiling natural fibers is an age-old process that makes the yarns softer and loftier. Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Ironing and steaming may cause shrinkage and is not recommended.

All Lingua Franca pieces are hand embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow about 3 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).

Because each Lingua Franca sweater is embroidered to order, making it truly one of a kind, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. We are more than happy to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing.
