Once you place your order, a member of the Lingua Franca team will be in touch for your one-on-one design consultation. All bespoke designs are subject to review and approval by our embroidery studio to ensure feasibility and the highest quality execution. We cannot wait to see what you create!
All Lingua Franca pieces are hand embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days). Due to the personalized design process and depending on difficulty, some orders may take longer.

Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each piece meets our high standards and well-known style. This may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of embroidery.
Care
Hand wash cold with mild detergent or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.

Custom items are not eligible for return/exchange.
