All Lingua Franca pieces are hand embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days). Due to the personalized design process and depending on difficulty, some orders may take longer.
Because each Lingua Franca sweater is customized to order, making it truly one of a kind, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each product meets our high standards and unique, well-known style, but this may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery.
