We ship international orders via DHL and UPS. Shipping costs to countries outside of the US are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be incurred. These shipments may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Recipient is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-14 days after noted embroidery turnaround time.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event you have received a damaged item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily help with a replacement. You can reach us at

Please note, all items are handmade to order by our NYC-based embroiderers, resulting in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery. Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each product meets our high standards and unique, well-known style.

All Other Items

Non-custom pieces can be returned and/or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items must be unworn/unused with tags and in their original packaging. Please reach out to us at for assistance. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.

Discount codes, discount prices, and flash sale prices only apply during the duration of any sale, and cannot be applied retroactively. Our inventory items can sell out very quickly, especially during sales, so it would not be fair to our customers to allow some to order before a sale begins and get items at a discount when everyone else has to wait for that discount.
