Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each piece meets our high standards and well-known style. This may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of embroidery.

Hand wash cold with mild detergent or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.
Shipping
This Lingua Franca piece is hand embroidered to order. Please allow about 2-3 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).
Returns
Items associated with a donation are not eligible for returns as donations cannot be undone to an organization. However, exchanges for a different size or color (if available) may be accomodated.
Exceptions for a return may be made in the case of a damaged item, as long as Lingua Franca is notified within 15 days of receiving the item.
