The current administration has us feeling like a Handmaid's Tale reality is just around the corner. And, it's scary. They have taken rights and protections away from people of color, women, the LGBTQ community, Muslims, Immigrants, Jews, people with disabilities, Dreamers, and the latest, rape victims. And they stand idly by as instances of hate crimes and violence continue to rise. None of us are safe when the highest office in the country aims to silence dissent and pit neighbor against neighbor.

We've been making our outrage known with our Lingua Franca Resistance Series. Last Spring, photographer Pamela Hanson shot a handful of our fearless women friends wearing their own personal messages of resistance and solidarity. Hand embroidered by women, for women, our sweaters have been a platform for us (and so many of you!) to speak truth to power. And, the amazing response we've received means we're not alone! With 50% of all Resistance sales going to a charity of the purchaser's choice, we've donated $40k (and counting!) to organizations that are defending our rights and fighting against the powers that be.

We won't back down. We won't be silent. We will keep on fighting.
