The design options in the customizer are fixed to ensure optimal embroidery results. This ensures quality and accuracy and guarantees that all possible embroidery variations are accounted for. If you have specific placement preferences not accommodated, contact customer support for assistance.

If your design is too wide, try splitting it into two lines using the return key. Please note that there are width and height limits due to embroidery constraints.

Currently, we are unable to not offer designs on sleeves or cuffs. That being said, we're continuously updating our offerings, so please check back for any future updates.

Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to exchange it. For questions, please email us at info@linguafranca.nyc.

Once an order has been placed, we will do our best to facilitate changes or cancellations within 24 hours. However, machine embroidery orders are processed quickly and once your order is in progress, changes/cancellations cannot be made. Additionally, please note that change requests via email are not guaranteed and are subject to review. We advise ensuring your order is finalized to your specifications before placing it.

This item is machine-embroidered to order and ships within 4-6 business of your order date.
