We hope our hand-stitched Trans Love heart crewneck (our take on the Transgender Pride Flag), will help raise awareness about the issues that members of the transgender community face.

10% from each Trans Love sweater purchased will be donated to the Thrive Youth Center in San Antonio, Texas. Thrive Youth Center is a non-profit that is dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ homeless community in central Texas by proving shelter, education, counseling, and health care assistance.

Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each piece meets our high standards and well-known style. This may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of embroidery.

Care

Hand wash cold with mild detergent or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.

Shipping

This Lingua Franca piece is hand embroidered to order. Please allow about 2-3 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).

Returns

Custom items are not eligible for return/exchange.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to exchange it. For questions, please email us at info@linguafranca.nyc.

We are more than happy to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

Returns

Items associated with a donation are not eligible for returns as donations cannot be undone to an organization. However, exchanges for a different size or color (if available) may be accomodated. 

Exceptions for a return may be made in the case of a damaged item, as long as Lingua Franca is notified within 15 days of receiving the item.
