Sonja's phrase: "extend grace"
"I chose the phrase "Extend Grace" because it is a reminder that every person deserves to be seen as fully human.
We live in a world that encourages snap judgments. People are often reduced to a single moment, a single opinion, or a version of themselves presented online. In the process, we lose sight of the fact that every individual carries a life filled with experiences, challenges, growth, and complexity.
"Extend Grace" is an invitation to slow down, choose compassion over assumption, and recognize the dignity that exists in every person. It is a call to resist dehumanization and to remember that humanity is something we all share."
