RaeShanda Lias is a Chicago born, Mississippi raised, and Kentucky living business owner, author, speaker, diversity advocate, and philanthropist that rose from homelessness in 2012 to running a successful style boutique All is Fair in Love and Fashion. She is a social media creator with a platform that reaches millions and has worked with brands around the globe. She’s also served her country in the U.S. Army and went on to attend Kentucky State University where she earned her B.A. in Public Administration. She is an anti bullying advocate, reproductive rights advocate, and her company yearly awards scholarships in JCPS. RaeShanda has published 4 books and enjoys mentoring young ladies interested in entrepreneurship, content creation, and design.
