Sarah and Albie (9 months)
Rachelle: What do your hand-embroidered sweaters say?
Sarah: Albert's sweater says, "To the moon and back," which is the extent of my love for him, or it's maybe even more. And also because Albie often wears a helmet, so he looks like our little space man. And mine has two hearts, one for my son and one for my husband, William, I've got a W and an A.
Rachelle: What is your favorite thing about being a mom?
Sarah: Oh, this! Getting to learn from this guy and seeing the world through him, through his joy and eyes. Right?
Rachelle: What's your survival hack?
Sarah: Ooh. Survival hack. Hmm. I mean, I think ultimately, it's sleep- ... and figuring out how to get it.
Sarah: What's a survival hack for us, Albert? Let's think. Oh. You know what? I think it's, indulging when you need to-
Rachelle: Mm-hmm
Sarah: ...and being kind on yourself. That's what everyone says.
Rachelle: True.
Sarah: But, I think actually really trying to take their advice!
