How to send us your garment for repair:
1. Submit your order
2. A Lingua Franca customer service representative will email you with a pre-paid shipping label and provide further details on next steps.
3. Once we receive your garment for repair, please allow about 3 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).
Each garment is hand mended to order and the artistic process of darning makes it truly one of a kind. Lingua Franca embroiders use their best discretion and creative eye for each individual repair, resulting in a unique and beautiful addition to your garment that meets our high standards of design. Variations in the look, size, and placement should be expected.
